由大厨Rasmus Kofoed和侍酒师索Søren Ledet主理的Geranium餐厅在2021年The World’s 50 Best Restaurants榜单中名列第二位，今年则接替Noma餐厅成为第一名。Noma餐厅现已晋升至Best of the Best荣誉殿堂。Geranium的使命是创造唤醒感官的美食，而厨师Kofoed精益求精的烹饪和超凡远见，包括他最近做出的素食决定，都为他赢得了全世界的赞誉和众多粉丝。与Geranium并列前三名的还有利马的Central（No.2）和巴塞罗那的Disfrutar（No.3）。
